Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
8 g* N  a/ L7 C& J/ _Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
$ b) d! d# E- A. f8 w4 URectify arising problems or complaints
$ r' R$ U  w4 B; @: @* I* lGive prepared plates the “final touch”
5 I$ \& v; I3 _; F/ j: [; dPerform administrative duties

Keep time and payroll records
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Excellent record of kitchen management
