Job Description:

  m! L4 \: O: ?" z- P" [- r2 ]Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
  |$ H5 J* }% }% A# |2 e2 a2 lSupervise kitchen staff’s activities
9 E) y5 @3 y0 MArrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
# `/ d: {$ f% |: h5 VGive prepared plates the “final touch”
Perform administrative duties
' M% |- N1 A" {. OComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
& N+ h3 V' p" F5 P" s1 ^Keep time and payroll records
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Communication and leadership skills

Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
