Job Description:

Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
: i8 F/ @% d8 H7 v3 SEstimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
$ ~2 q  e) @+ `Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
6 w6 ~) v( _5 M* LRecruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
+ ^4 N6 J2 Y% T# k! r) pGive prepared plates the “final touch”
Perform administrative duties
7 H6 J: B: Q  S2 {* AComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Keep time and payroll records
5 C- R: S- q$ G0 \7 n' H8 a4 MMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Proven working experience as a head chef
Excellent record of kitchen management

Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
