Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
& F- e+ d6 Z$ x" O" P9 z) s$ d7 }( BEstimate food requirements and food/labor costs
9 v) e8 Z0 K: z8 MSupervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
7 H( X7 h+ z# WGive prepared plates the “final touch”
Perform administrative duties
' T! X- }) [, uComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Keep time and payroll records
7 ]% ^0 M* O; q( kMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
