• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.% `! J+ n' ~/ v
• Post advertisement8 r8 e6 d6 {) I
• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.2 P" b1 `- Y* t4 v& o$ ^/ p
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
: d* X6 Z. s7 X! d, i% E4 Y• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.& s) S. d- e- k; {& O
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
* e3 f: j6 \& m/ _. j4 `/ k• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
# w$ a3 S0 y% g) I% Q. C* A• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
* n& N5 I9 N1 }0 _0 `! D, ~• Perform route inspections as required.6 d- Q- N `# N
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
+ P; X! g4 x/ j8 f: r% [4 }5 D: Z• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.. `4 C6 Q ?+ Y( E) Q
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset4 P5 w3 W2 c9 E: E6 I$ r- ^5 Y
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred6 `% P& x6 G! L9 d) P
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal& }0 i; c" K! {
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license2 Z+ y' y N( D( u
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills

• Security clearance required upon offer of employment
