• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
E: G! e" X0 y3 r• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.# D' c2 r) ?$ o% J- B% }
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.) N7 s5 H# k% L
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
+ ~8 } D- J7 Z, G6 q, \0 }• Perform route inspections as required.7 Q7 C3 q- ~; Z+ ~- ~$ y( I1 d
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).* k6 n+ L6 ^& Q) C8 x
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
' O2 c2 X' z L% p. {- L0 G- N5 C• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred$ Q, e6 |6 x; t
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)6 e8 g; Z6 ?& W& E/ `. s
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
& }% k4 S) V7 @$ X" K• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal! e' u% B1 I9 D1 q+ o5 S7 U
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
