Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
, ~/ i3 o4 s8 M% @: K• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
" S8 I+ p& L7 s( N! B' `• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.

• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.

• Perform route inspections as required.# E! @3 W. q* ^# C
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).; t! _1 ]2 w" w3 b4 H! v6 e
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
& E- u9 X6 K5 b• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.3 e* T0 @2 e s
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset2 k6 _ h! L- | v9 L: Z
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred6 F' p* D% F( L8 B+ D4 x1 k2 D: C
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
& c. a2 J/ Y+ C* i+ |& N, g5 Z• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
0 l( r8 l# p, n) E5 E• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
