• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.9 W& }7 Q- ^, i: z
• Post advertisement
% ]$ n/ S4 t, E$ A• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
% U. q- o! {5 u2 }( Z- ^! R0 t6 ~• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.$ N$ r2 D2 H! P# x
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.7 _1 m& ]+ Z. p& e$ h
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.$ S1 n; e, |6 `4 c
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
! L% @/ ?' K( O v2 k) z• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
9 E% m c" S2 ]' V• Perform route inspections as required.
$ Z1 @, |$ {; w$ h3 }* s• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
8 K! E* ?9 N2 g g• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.

# Y: Z/ c4 P. f• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
t" Q8 ^; L# x+ g( g- y1 v• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred$ r2 \, O) U: A/ n5 f) }% O4 x
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal/ ]4 }% Y/ X$ M, G) ^9 D8 v8 ]
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
