Qualifying Educational Programs
+ V! ]5 j5 S/ OUsually, a qualifying educational program is a course of study that lasts at least three weeks in a row, with at least 10 hours of instruction or work each week. A program at a foreign educational institution must last at least 13 weeks.

$ X/ k9 v9 ]6 B1 t5 M. O; _Qualifying educational programs include apprenticeships, and programs offered by a trade school, CEGEP, college or university.

6 T# q9 m! K! ~4 bRESP funds can be used for full or part-time study in a qualifying program.

没有这个说法,在世界上任何国家上学都可以,只要是当地认可的post-secondary Education.

最近cst有个人在跟我联系，正准备买呢，可她说的是如果出加拿大上学，政府交的grant是要退还的啊，真的这样吗？？难道是公司之间的差别？
