4 D4 s% L9 q( QProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.* Z i/ ~( M4 Z4 R) I
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.6 R6 e+ d! B7 k4 Y& _# w( j
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.. \5 N1 e3 S" ^( [: A
· Manages report database.
6 a( V+ A2 T0 m+ `· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.' E9 k% x, t0 {# ~
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.7 Z/ m) z# h4 ~0 @3 d& @
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

Knowledge and Skills:: z' M6 a) K4 ^% b
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset." w+ k8 {: y; x8 o1 G
. ~) G8 Q$ i: k# K- `Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
