3 X7 n! J" \5 {/ v; R7 W! eProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

9 G% \" U" R& C. H3 m& ^! {Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
m3 w% B8 l& u# c7 Y. m; u" }% Q& u· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
% W8 j1 [+ E. _. p, ]: s· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.# S* e! U: ?6 ~! g4 v" [2 |0 O; C
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
# ]3 V$ U) s* P· Manages report database.
) f3 b; R9 c( G/ I+ l2 Z· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
) I: f! d z! ^0 B5 @% L· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

Knowledge and Skills:
: q3 [7 }- t0 b1 c9 q2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.& ^7 X- \/ X7 C7 E$ p
3 j/ [# F: w! R2 W4 y2 b1 CCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.; [8 M8 R7 E4 }2 b. z

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
