* h1 y, b; m$ R1 R' ]9 e" oProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
, i% y4 o2 A; k/ {' {) i; y* r |· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
8 S0 @* s2 t1 ~+ P% x: U· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
0 d( B: t4 D" c7 N& N· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.0 ?) K8 b ?5 s2 @5 ?. ^* R$ H8 N
· Manages report database.
6 {: e$ s! K( d2 ^% u. L/ ?· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.# E% B# P b$ S" V& J
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

Knowledge and Skills:
, ?& I5 F! y0 n% U' X4 y7 e2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

3 c% q2 `2 p9 f/ M: ^* nCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
