Job Summary:
7 d& N2 X2 l! t: P0 Q* TProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

# |: W/ Q1 I% ?$ |- k+ n5 Q· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission./ E9 X: x0 T" I; }6 f6 W: m7 J
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.% ]6 s% W6 a1 o! B _& m& A
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
4 z: U0 r5 O' J$ E0 W4 }· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

& G. t, b6 C/ H' A' L: x* QKnowledge and Skills:
! z) y3 t) C7 P, I+ ]" H' P2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.0 q7 _2 Y% ~0 L7 T7 d
& v- `* X- ^1 n9 v$ \; ^' y) QCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
