Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

; b6 V/ I8 ~( v o2 X) O· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.: `2 T; w2 c. G* _" J" z
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.

· Manages report database.' l5 d$ @2 Z" ?6 X$ i8 ^* U
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.* x P9 ~, J1 V h
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

Knowledge and Skills:- c+ i% H( e) E9 F2 f5 c* ]
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.9 O |4 u: K8 Q: u: P

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.& B( w9 N3 P; n. _6 Q& Q* h O

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
