POSITION: Junior Accountant

! K5 r% i1 E2 [• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
8 ~$ K* W: C4 q% o! J1 F! z9 q• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
2 i3 k' {. d/ j: m3 `- y+ L• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible9 y( F' Q7 `4 _ h
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

2 x0 H* x% b9 m9 Q) b6 l4 p6 {• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role6 v$ I) l& b, t
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study3 A, ?! p+ C; ^3 ~) d9 z
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
; R8 I% R. [* c" [* @• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
( j% o: O! R% d# X0 U4 S& L; I• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)/ k9 F% T7 M7 u# Q& k8 h
