最近想换刹车片和rotors, 请问除了dealer 原厂的，还有什么牌子的性价比好的，求推荐。谢谢

到rockauto, amazon 或是alibaba网站上去买。比dealer的便宜许多。也可以去Canadian tire, autovalue等地方去买。牌子嘛，仁者见仁智者见智。我一般买wagner, centric, power stop等厂家的。有时候在kijiji上能买到十分便宜的新的。good luck

What you do is absolutely nothing wrong - don't settle for 2nd-class parts for the sake of saving money. However, one thing we all know is that the so-called OEM parts are often manufactured by third parties, being Magna, Delphi, etc. etc. (if one disassembled a new BMW car today, he would find that many components are made in China :-)) Buying auto parts from kijiji doesn't mean looking for used ones. I encountered sellers wanting to get rid of new and unopened items at an unbelievable price, for various reasons, most of which are that before they are to install the new items, their cars got sold or written off as a result of an accident.

谢谢TGIF, 这也是我经常听说的 OEM parts 并不是最好的，而且价格有些离谱了。所以这才上来问问。也没想着省多少钱，就是想找个物有所值的罢了。

我在Parts Source买了一套大概花了500不到，200多找了个shop装了。。性能好过OEM，质量就不知道了，用个三年没问题应该。。dealer收1300-1400

最好去你认识的shop或者朋友认识的，有的shop非常好，有的很烂。

不管黑店白店，能买到便宜的质量好的parts就是好店:-)。每个人都会摸索出来自己喜欢的shop。没有绝对的正确与不正确。大多数人都觉得自己的方法最好，其实也许并不是总是如此。每个人，包括自己，说不定都被“骗”过。但这没关系，人生短暂，都是经验。有时候也没必要为了省十块钱跑十家店。我的大部分parts都是在rockauto或kijiji上买的。有时候到dealer去。个人认为，买after market的brake pads或rotors，往往比dealer的又便宜又好。咱从来都是自己装。我敢说，楼主要是自己装一回，会发现比想象的还要容易

就是啊光换前刹车，dealer 就要$700。

我的一个朋友想换前后刹车片，dealer报价$1100。我们一块自己换，给他换一个轮子，然后他自己试着换其它轮子，总共花了$120材料费，省了近$1000人工费。自己换真的不难

好像这都是正常价。shop一般都是charge 每小时$100到$150吧。想想也是，大家都得吃饭吧。还有可能是需求高吧。相当一部分人不自己修车或不愿修。最近去一个dealer那儿送车去做factory recall，看到停车场满满的待修车辆，好不壮观

自己修辛苦啊。有时候犯错误。今天换机油。他妈的弄洒了。。。哈哈哈。
想起一个录像。修理工开车上地沟。马的。一滑。车一个轮进了地沟。估计也得陪不少。
根据加拿大所得税水平这修车的得白干好几天了。赔的可是不扣税的挣钱扣税。
