Police have named the man who died in Monday’s crash north of Fort McMurray on Highway 63.
" s% S8 K" D: j! X$ ~Alan Alexander Wong, 23, died from injuries resulting from the early-morning head-on collision. Wong lived in Fort McMurray, but his family is from British Columbia, police said earlier this week.

The crash happened when Wong, heading south in a small Mazda car, lost control due to weather and road conditions and hit a gravel truck and tractor unit. Both vehicles ended up in the ditch.3 T! v8 C5 `! ^7 ~3 s$ p5 S$ X
The driver of the truck was not injured. Police said Tuesday they did not expect to lay charges. |
