得先申请Labour market impact assessment. 拿VISITOR VISA的话, 没有那么容易的.

An open work permit is a work permit that is not job-specific. Because it is not job-specific, you will not need:

an authorization from Employment and Social Development Canada (known as a Labour Market Impact Assessment, or LMIA), or
% Z+ G3 P! X, K0 c) {$ B+ h* o( z* k! Oproof that an employer has submitted the Offer of Employment form, and
' {7 c% [6 V$ E4 gpaid the employer compliance fee to Citizenship and Immigration Canada when you apply for your work permit.
