We've discussed this question in another section. If some people don't have a good command of the English language, it would be better to discuss the question in Chinese first. The question could be communicated in English once they can understand the question sufficiently in English.

i am strong disagree with what is said above. it is just because most of us do not have a good command of english that we should seize every chance to practising using enlish. i believe it is always helpful to expose yourself into the english environment as much as possible ,no matter how poor your english is.

I don’t understand why English Saloon should encourage Chinese versions. If anyone prefers to post something in Chinese, they can surely choose any other section. If he or she has questions about English to discuss or ask, it makes more sense to do so in English. That’s the main point for English Saloon, which provides an opportunity and guidance for people to command English. Speaking Chinese all the time would make using English rather "painful" and stuggling than "sufficient" and fluent.

+ N, A+ n; T% K' LIt is sad that people living in English-speaking countries can't speak English -- many people suffer from the consequences that they can’t get decent jobs because of the poor language skills. Why not make the best of such a good environment available here?
