To my understanding, ANYONE came to Canada as a "VISITOR" is not a resident at all, your temporary visit visa indicated your PRIMARY resident is not here even you have lived here for 12 month.3 [8 L# \1 ?5 f
However this is just my perspective of this, don't argue with me. Several times I asked such question when I encountered with FW officer, I obtained different answers.5 l& d, R5 f# G! P5 E
