- Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.: D1 h; G/ H! s
- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.% }6 c& O3 P5 i5 \- Y
- Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
- w0 c1 t6 q; r+ r8 r. S& ?- Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
& P( A ]5 K/ k5 Z- Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations. 3 w+ x6 _* @0 y( v6 I
- Keep office clean and organized.

Requirements:
( L$ a) \$ U/ U9 n- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
# s; X2 x [; V0 ~+ l- Strong verbal English.; W. m3 c/ W) U! e2 ~
- Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.; P) |; U& I/ J; B
- Good organization, communication and time management skills.8 }$ v4 _' g8 ?* D4 U1 T/ } b# m, b
- Must have a vehicle to drive to work.' R3 @/ e, L$ Q$ e7 j# w
- Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.: i0 }3 Y: K5 c8 ]
