Pay rate: $19.30/HR

Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
3 _/ ^2 f* R+ D$ x: a8 N1 hUpdating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
7 Q0 W" p+ B' u" d4 TKnowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
Strong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
# Z  W3 f- H- j: {Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
( O4 G! Q, j8 ~Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
, `: @" p: W: M4 r. ^0 L7 Z4 EPrevious banking experience would be an asset
! ~: p- o8 M8 {: ]Please note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

- L( h, I4 _4 ~" _, S: Y' oData Entry Experience 2 Yrs.
Administrative experience 2 yrs
Knowledge in Real estate would be an asset.
