' }6 a5 S/ ?; l/ T2 v3 b# t. _. TWorking in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
Updating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
$ i* i6 ^! W. x3 B- }2 ]Knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
. e6 Y6 d: W: p5 u. s6 ^Strong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
7 u3 V2 _. a* l' c$ T3 hAccuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
1 u' W# W' w' z! u5 cPossess excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
Previous banking experience would be an asset
+ F' @. s" t) P5 e/ v3 EPlease note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Data Entry Experience 2 Yrs.
Administrative experience 2 yrs

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
