The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments7 n' `+ r( i& k% r% Q% }
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies) ^( O% I- t0 O
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
0 ^$ L) s. Q% Y& bManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;* Y8 g9 T1 s8 u3 J% t6 p
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
! ?% u6 y) z3 _' [Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
1 {- ?3 K) U( n9 I) X+ c6 ?Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
