Position Summary

We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities* Y! C3 a; D' S6 E2 h6 ~
* q0 M) ~$ U* W: k4 e( w
% f; ^  ~4 N3 q$ L  q# q$ C
Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments) P2 g8 l3 Y# K9 S
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies7 T: A2 R( V9 O+ O; J4 G0 Z$ p
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines# W; I: e! D( a: o7 E
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
5 s  N% U8 m6 W% COversee file management for all LMIA matters;
, `- a  ~* f. d1 O3 w" ~& xEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
7 o( H7 M; I7 D7 N: ]Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.( ?/ c& P6 D; ^" n, b$ Z
Conduct all work within established time standards;8 X' c% K9 H+ z( R# |
Essential Knowledge and Skills3 h/ H& W6 n' {

Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;( P) W. E( ~' }. c; \3 u
Time management skills are critical;
$ }: r3 P* ~; q' D" Z: qAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;( u$ N) U+ m" l
Attention to detail and accuracy;
  ?! x% d& y2 K+ [% y9 lStrong organizational and computer skills;$ L, J( r) o4 ~6 `% h# X2 G) c
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;# Q9 J8 ^. U( k7 }( Y- {
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;. P, f% {/ F/ _
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
& R+ O0 d# O; M9 Z. WAbility to work with minimal supervision;
# m: I# [$ L& _; L6 {7 ~! BSelf-directed and highly motivated; and
8 ]6 U$ Z, p" tAbility to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Compensation and Benefits
0 l1 U7 z( m5 Y4 [. Y; p0 U( P9 Z" M" P6 h( ]* w  ]
Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;/ T, ~: d2 O# k$ M
Benefits package will be offered;' i2 Y( t/ ^: b& Y3 O
Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
