Responsibilities

Developing, planning, and implementing projects by coordinating in-depth with our clients and internal staff

1. Answer general email and phone inquiries with professional manner
$ W! ~% S. c! T: N# N% C2. Quickly identify client needs, develop and market potential projects
2 K" h' f8 N/ r" |2 d0 _3 W3. Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems* v1 ?* G5 S8 ] X3 _, m0 C* D
4. Keep track of project activities, update project timeline.
% [8 s9 g: h4 ]8 w8 P9 k, g; ` N5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

7. Provide secretarial and administrative supports to management and other staff6 U% u+ g- i3 I* g- [' F0 S

2. University degree or college diploma
2 s# I* Y1 K( n6 n! i: @2 F1 O) O- o3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset4 {" W, n0 g" T$ Q
4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines9 ?) H4 A8 q) a5 M, k
5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details0 Y0 q) h$ `. [( z7 U8 O
6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner3 m$ z; z: S+ @& F! G$ V
7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control3 d: w! H( ]" |5 h. d
8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)
