能给自己和孩子一起申请美签吗？

如题，请问孩子要另外填一个DS-160吗？我在填我的DS-160的时候没发现可以加上孩子信息的地方啊.

You have to fill another form for your kid, if he is not Canadian citizenship.

网上说14岁以下的小孩不用带去面试，不知道是不是真的啊？我家孩子才四岁，带来带去好累人
