CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
1 a8 a0 P# V; z" x+ z-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
* u1 C& r) @$ E- o& }+ b' p-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.  
-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
-        Strong verbal English.
: R7 W3 {/ I6 e5 J-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
% c! }$ D# N3 G! e# ]-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
3 _0 E" B! v( m-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
