CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

& ]( X1 f3 `9 n7 [) j6 l! k-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
; p; p- o3 J+ [-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.

, f& O& b$ Q2 l-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
& f! i, F/ d# w# Q/ _
Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
8 `2 n9 r" }' o+ [' ~- D2 `-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
3 F. Q# z% J3 q! D1 Q1 i6 D-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
