FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN -  Edmonton - Full Time

8 L- Z+ ^$ j- ^& m( Q8 y8 EWe are looking for a Field Service Technician for our Edmonton office.  Qualified candidates will value a working environment that is fast paced as well as team and customer focused.   Field Service Technicians are expected to be available to travel out of town one to two trips per month as well as periodically attend to after hours and weekend calls.  Our team approach provides senior technical support and supervision along with significant learning opportunities for all our service staff.

The primary duties of a Field Service Technician include:
-Direct customer service through phone or on site contact
-Problem diagnostics and resolutions
4 x- A% S8 H; u) I+ A& e-On site and in shop hardware repair, installation and replacement (printers, computers, monitors for retail, food service and parking industries)
-Make accurate and clear entries to work order and service tracking software
-Constantly strive to acquire company and product knowledge, willing to learn and adapt to new products and situations

% n" H  e' {+ zAll candidates will be required to meet the following requirements:
-Electronics school training or equivalent experience
-PC hardware knowledge with working knowledge of MS Windows and Office
-Mechanical aptitude
-Valid class 5 drivers license
-Fluent in English (Written and Oral)
9 d1 N: d/ ^3 g0 ?  t-POS and customer service experience will be a huge asset

Time Business offers a competitive compensation package $20.50 -$22.50 per hour (depending on experience) including medical and dental benefits, company assisted continuing professional education and a dynamic working environment.
