, N; |" \5 I" v$ [NAPA是跟Candian Tire一样的的Auto Parts 零售店。目前西店需要人（职位Counter Clerk）待遇福利都好。具体信息如下
Duties & Responsibilities:
( D" c, `; b) P3 C
- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
: x+ B/ `8 [! h- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
1 n  x8 L( q- j4 z# z' ^6 U- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
9 {: J8 A- z6 m* V! b- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:
: B1 Z* p2 s. I% t- |3 s
5 R! A1 y) a. m* b6 e4 l- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
( z$ r  M$ B3 T* W) b9 g& p- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
