Duties & Responsibilities:
3 O3 {) Y6 _; I: c4 S- O) H
/ ~% B  i# n/ h8 w- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members

* ?# ~/ a% ]" J4 k/ z6 P! h* W- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:
9 J, ?+ S* P! V* W. {# r% K5 Z' i
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* d! W: e) Q) Q" l0 k: X3 C9 p- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
- Ability to use computers
5 B  Z$ g  n+ o0 N) ]$ a- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
