NAPA是跟Candian Tire一样的的Auto Parts 零售店。目前西店需要人（职位Counter Clerk）待遇福利都好。具体信息如下
Duties & Responsibilities:

! j9 S+ h) K) M6 d# S- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- e$ g. t: Q1 l* g( S. s- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
* E7 l! b8 D: N% s$ x! c4 k- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:
7 d6 s! N& s9 o' @, o
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
- Ability to use computers
) x$ S3 E$ o4 ?* M" p- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
