outdoor electrical outlets don't work

I have used the outlets before, but not work this year. both the back yard (with reset and test button) and the front yard (outside the garage , used winter car plug, no reset and test button).  have checked panel in basement, nothing wrong.

7 w0 b: ~" |0 w6 a3 xcan anybody know how or help me to fix them? will pay.

Push test button, then push reset button. One possible solution.
