   Glass Worker – (Manufacturing Plant 1, Edmonton)

Headquartered in Edmonton, All Weather Windows is a dynamic leader in the window and door industry in Canada. Operations include manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Mississauga and sales branches/offices in Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Mississauga and Atlantic Canada.

) Z* x: Y( b& R% I We are currently recruiting for Glass Workers for our Edmonton Manufacturing Plant.

' g5 y$ E' v* t2 s0 ? The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-focused and able to work well with others.
& u; u$ I8 F% n- T4 y  E
Responsibilities will include:
•Lift single piece of glass between 5-30 Ibs.
•Understand quality issues of glass: quality of glass edge, proper technique when pulling glass out of harp rack slots, scratches, defects, etc.
) c8 j# [2 x1 y$ R8 ]•Fill and empty washer tanks and keep tanks clean
2 F& _7 t  ?& E- C& z0 c•Follow proper pattern and placement of glass
•Keep work area clean.
•Keep up good pace to keep line moving.

Primary Qualifications Required:
( u  R9 t# F3 H* M" [" a- N•Basic English communication skills
9 a# k; M( a7 z) _•Able to read a metric tape measure and use hand and power tools
•Good eye sight.
8 D- d+ l9 C6 k! x! u$ B•Able to lift up to 50 lbs
•Ability to work under constant pressure
•Willing to do multi tasks when needed as member of the team
•Must be a good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment

•Fill sealed units with Aragon

•Hot melt super spacer units

Primary Qualifications Required:
