3 n) ]7 u7 J, [% f- i$ `Hours of Work: 17.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
% L' K' f: O# ]/ C8 l1 m4 n-community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to provide services for Chinese community
-workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population access to mainstream services
* l2 |/ u% s2 g* ]' q  E-fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of social services
-develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies
2 u. t. z9 `. Z, w# b-coordinate and send out quarterly newsletter to members
-assist in special events coordinating: Open House, AGM, Volunteer Appreciation, etc.
6 }6 m0 W5 J1 L, s/ U-participate in ISP department and agency meetings/activities
-demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre
% i8 t  S% l8 T2 Q/ g% ?-participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services
-write quarterly and final reports for ISP
( L  i* @4 m/ I-assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time
-update membership database
-work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends as required)

Qualifications
4 R8 e0 a2 d5 l8 g-degree in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of experience and education
; v$ |* y) @" i6 y( ^. Q* X2 q: p-good oral and written Chinese and English skills
5 T0 i' ^' L: W2 o6 ?* ?5 y2 `- P, y& O-experience in community work and immigrant services
