We are looking for a Manager of First Impressions for the position of Reception/Listing Co-ordinator for a busy Real Estate Office. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

" X8 O. n' [) z: T• Excels at organizational and reception skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision
! P; Y% X) ]; Q; g• Strong knowledge of Microsoft outlook, work & excel
• Experience with Windows 8

• Knowledge of Lone Wolf Software an Asset
• Enjoys diversity in their day to day routine

• Answering and screening phone calls, paging
  _, q3 j) {2 O* s• Document management and distribution for agents, including couriers
" m" T. \/ Z; T6 V  V• Inputting Listings

• Maintain office Inventory and equipment
/ y8 K" m. o- I* u• Input monthly fees and expenses for Agents  
• Filing
