留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
+ v4 F/ a4 |+ x9 V9 A2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。

/ X+ o9 ^4 u/ q7 h, V7 FCan I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
& y- T3 s0 f# qyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
; t& Z9 u' _6 W8 ?. Y2 }* Tyou must be a resident of Canada; and
. g3 d  I8 g5 U: l9 \' W6 wyou or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
