留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？

2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
/ E3 I6 h. p2 G+ P3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
. o' Z  W) z' L3 e# o0 J1 ICan I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

+ H2 f& o# c+ k5 Yyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
. ^9 w: `* R1 H/ }" N  R+ F/ eyou must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
