JOB DESCRIPTION* f( U1 [2 k: E2 U; v" D9 w2 x0 l
1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
* R) f* R. w, _! C2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;4 v6 o& f% B2 l! n
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
  K- K- P! _9 R' L4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; " u% _# L1 i$ [3 L4 ]5 f
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;. K0 [  r( O) j! z9 @
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; & n  S" z% p# ?
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.  b4 y, A% x3 C( }: O8 M+ q

Qualifications:# F- t) f  S! a  }
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
# @7 u" t* K; a* u6 e5 z•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.( [7 ?4 M0 Z2 ~
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.4 x( r6 ~% [8 E. k; z) F
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.+ [! N. {- b! R4 ^; F6 U
•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker
# t% g6 i- r4 Q2 ^' Y6 C•        Excellent organizational skills.
