• compute charges

• take telephone calls/ K5 k# `8 O5 A: i( M: B
• make up cheques% \" u" o1 ~' i8 q8 D, \/ g/ k4 H
• make bank deposits and reconcile records of bank transactions @6 r4 b& P4 h. n
• perform computer data entry and analysis functions0 x2 X) Y: k% ?5 ~; B
• assist with or maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records, ledgers and journals
) U1 c( _, a8 i. ?4 o• assist with or perform payroll calculations

• prepare basic financial statements4 D0 f9 b) X# w$ v: }
• compute and record depreciation for book and tax purposes( g$ U& [! l, A" _. e& R
