·         One Windows 7 Imaging Technician
9 p& J9 w0 Y$ E2 B( ?·         Receiving PC equipment from vendor
/ L) B  F3 a; y·         Receiving PC equipment from company sites
·         Shipping PC equipment to company sites
: J- K4 D( {% z6 p·         Manage quarantined hard drives received from company sites
4 d& Z6 q, U' U·         Image all hard drives for In Place Upgrade
# R# k( F$ C  v' B/ Y·         Image all PC's for Client Refresh
·         Oversee inventory for on-going support service delivery
·         Install software from media, not available through Citrix or packaged installation
( O5 Y( l/ w4 g# [3 z3 h) Q" D·         Independent, Reporting, Tracking, shipping, Documentation skills
