不是T4，是NOA or option C。你自己先上官网看看guide啊。

事实上，只有10、11、12三年才有NOA，13年的还没出来

打电话给CRA了，2013年的最早可以2月底报，3月中旬拿到。不知道到那时候5000个名额是不是已经满了

好奇怪的条款，难道只有在１月２号当天申请的可以用２０１０，２０１１，２０１２？以后的都要等２０１３的出来？？
