西人邻居放音乐重音很大

我家西人邻居，最近时不时的放音乐，声音很大，因为房子间距近，能听到不小的噪音，这该怎么办？

你自己过去提醒他一下。有时候是我们想的太多，他肯定是不知道音乐吵人，所以才开大声。告诉他一下就解决了。前些日子不知道是哪个邻居的车停到我家门前，我出门的时候特别影响视线，第二天我就写个纸条夹在雨刷下面，晚上他就把车停到马路对面去了。

上来就打911不好，邻居能和平相处最好，可以留个条在门上提醒一下语气要平和，如果还解决不了可以和他聊聊，实在是恶人就只好打911了，其实买房子要考虑很多因素，邻居就是很重要的因素之一，再好的房子有个恶人做邻居也不舒服。仅供参考。

Donot call 911 unless it is real emergency such as life threatening......
3 options:
1. Go directly to your neighbour to complain the issue. Hopefully they will restrain themselves after then.

2. Call 311 instead and they will direct you a police number to call.
But usually it won't help, the police will contact you after 2 hours that you called. ......

3. Start looking for new home...... Sorry to say that. But most times, that's the only option. There's a risk that you will experience same situation.......but hope you will be lucky.

这种情况打911不适合，警察局有另外一个电话关于噪音的

噪音超标是有标准的，lz可以事先录下来，警察来了也有证据
