PCwhoop is a computer shop with a well-trained and knowledgeable team to offer professional computer service and repair, sale computer parts, computer accessories and refurbished computers, and customize programmable LED signs as well.  Now a position is available.

Position Overview
•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.

. k& H  z( W3 A•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

) r: }- v6 ~* t- bJob Requirements
' w: {/ P/ I; _•        Retail customer service experience.
: K- ?; a; l+ m; @•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English
•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
