Position Overview
•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
% u/ y6 F, S0 \6 N& Y- [•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
' o7 i* V2 o4 v( b. W, A•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
- ?3 X, @3 z8 G, \4 d6 P  `9 d•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

Job Requirements
  }5 v+ p" L$ _6 Z4 m•        Retail customer service experience.
, p& V8 }/ }: ]) n( m1 P6 w•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English
•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
