: h# H; E: T/ W3 Q c' E7 O$ n: N9 k' D Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
% B4 O' e$ c! H" F* L Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
$ y) c4 z3 e! ^1 I+ ^ Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients; B- p, g2 N4 Z8 F( A
Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy8 [. E8 S- r2 ~2 \, C3 N
Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals1 G; ~2 i }" x$ a7 d, j7 b
Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes8 c; p' @8 z' {! _/ E. m7 B _
Actively participate in training initiatives

High School and or Post Secondary Education6 O1 {9 T3 v8 m9 i' _9 t
Previous customer service experience
7 [9 D: {- l i- x Previous sales experience an asset# F2 ~$ i5 x7 V+ Q0 F* D9 T |
General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
7 O U7 |3 A9 s: w5 ~' a1 M Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
& X3 H O% l& }! E( P' ]+ } Strong analytical and organizational skills
