• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

" {# g' l0 F9 I7 A! V1 d& v• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

0 q# E8 {9 [; D3 w. @6 Y! @• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.6 [4 U5 }0 u( P

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations. V/ q( w8 P1 P

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.
! E5 w$ n+ ]+ H9 F
• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

+ }1 c+ F) K8 c9 G. m; U• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

$ j( {2 @+ b8 _• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 
* U. s/ o% O. _: _& I" q
• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

/ n' \9 H' n! Y+ @) l! g' ^+ ^• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
" U( j; M4 g2 }
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.
" J3 Y- a9 v, o
• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.( D; \7 R# H% M# Q; }7 P

• Travel within the assigned region.
