如果利息开始上涨，多办是因为经济要复苏或者已经复苏，银行开始挣钱，所以要开始鼓励储蓄、抑制贷款，房价上涨不上涨不知道，短期会平稳，但是应该不会跌了。想买房的自己看看经济类的书，不要整天听风就是雨。
