•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages: r4 E1 r* ]& v; N E% b

•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing3 S4 _( n4 h: \: q
