To provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

9 x% ?; S6 A( r" i; H9 d•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages9 F) F6 Q# N7 f" ~. F
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
& {" E& c1 ?0 E1 X, {& o•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages9 T# d% o4 H" `# P" Z5 w9 y
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
2 i1 x) [, V1 ]! j•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing* C% _" k' i/ i, @, g5 }3 B0 o
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
- e% h& [& D7 q2 N( i* _" }5 ^•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle3 z* N" D) I' c/ E& O
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator- R# }7 m9 \$ |3 Z) g8 A6 t
•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
