To provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.; c0 x9 m, ?: R5 z6 G

•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages

•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
& O4 ^. L4 k4 m$ _5 G•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
8 P2 V& R) g' T& p, M•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
; ~: K! M6 o( B9 B•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships: @4 L( ~/ ^$ D8 Y6 ^9 @
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle1 {1 o( | T( f6 |6 a
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator9 x2 `; D/ b; y* l+ o0 M
•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
