Maintenance Mechanic

/ t" ^8 W( H$ q& J0 Z2 x    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
+ k& o. v! M, O% u    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
; u' [* C% Q! ^& e# r    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
+ R& w0 f) `4 X/ d+ @    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
7 r+ A" E! N! e6 D* F    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

薪金概况：
Comprehensive 100% Employer paid benefits
Competitive Hourly rate $18.00-$21.00 per hour + overtime as required

Senior Estimator
3 }6 z7 N5 t: e" \7 v职位介绍：
7 A; B# v* v% ^7 b    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
9 P9 R2 ~9 W2 x* i    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
* p' O4 h0 J. d6 Z    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
5 }4 Q# y. N8 n& H. j4 D6 p    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
+ R7 {& N$ t9 O# w& q* }: l    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

% X  e) N; }2 ^' o2 i! k4 k$ Q职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
1 g1 J) L) ~1 l0 d+ N1 u    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
/ q2 [3 G5 h3 _$ ]    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；

     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
