    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；

Senior Estimator
# x. z1 z3 i& E2 S- j- @职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
: m3 d; I) ~5 U9 t6 u    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
4 k' U# i2 y' |: ]3 J2 R    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
" r  J% |' V  T6 t' J    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
! q' g0 i/ @3 [$ p( @% `4 U1 ~7 q    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
7 E8 b' ^# H, J( R" Q    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；

    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
* D, i5 \5 m8 o2 J. l: |4 W    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
' V0 X+ I9 d( K4 {9 c) W. \6 G    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
9 H8 c1 ~" D$ n" M) c9 R$ m  g+ v: U& t% H    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
" T4 i& I2 k% d8 `8 R/ L    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
