    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
7 q; d, p. |, N    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；

职位介绍：
# h! q3 {! w+ C2 R    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
: w; J' W% n4 z( H  F    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
& U3 _  e! J: N0 |    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
$ ?: [$ X- h8 X  Q' X1 ^7 o, `    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
; M' q0 d% k9 f" j$ v    Weekly estimating progress reports；

职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
$ r* t% n* F' L4 ?5 Q' k1 L. L    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
& ?; ?$ |; N2 Y: k    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
/ Q- x/ @$ x$ J+ F+ d' z+ ]; t    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
$ J) T* Q: @; S" X' Y8 S" @    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
