由年龄增长引起的玻璃体混浊基本上都是手术. 药物很少有帮助的. 如果不是老龄, 就必须看得病的原因, 是否跟高血压有关, 是否是细菌感染或者真菌感染引起.

① dexamethasone: the drug of choice, the fornix conjunctival injection, 5mg each time while using gentamicin 20mg, dissolved in water for injection 1ml, lower conjunctival fornix bet clock, day 1, continuous 3 - 4 times.

③ systemic administration: early use of gentamicin 0.12g and dexamethasone 10mg 500ml 5% glucose injection, intravenous infusion, day 1 - 2 times .; M+ p: ~7 V# }6 [$ o$ A( H

① amphotericin Bz first medication per body weight 0.05-k8 0.1mg, dissolved in 500ml 5% glucose injection, the intravenous infusion of 3-6 hours, day 1. Increasing body weight per k8 each medication 0.1mg, 1mg drug per kg body weight up to date, the total does not exceed 2g.# ^% ]& V% x: F" q) h8 C
② 0.2% -0.5% amphotericin B eye drops: drops every 2 hours 1.
