• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
3 g) e) y% T; m/ w" F• Oversee hotel security requirements. ! C. s4 U4 k6 ?
• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.1 S% d6 B& ?9 `3 D z
• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
2 I. o! S! f( Y) e7 M3 i: N" x• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.2 _; R& {+ x* D+ Z" X
• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.

• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.

• Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
( V0 R. B" j7 r! d% I/ z& c: C• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.

• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.5 s2 t9 a) Y9 [1 w
• Handle PMS computer problems in each department
( N3 ~" J. B9 a. A• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies3 P/ u3 w& v) j7 F
• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center6 A. O6 _1 E, G
• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float 5 P i' s5 g& n. a
• Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager; E- u& _& o8 J" z8 \# f5 N

Requirements:
) Z5 y3 I& R) r•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
i* h2 d* x( x) S( b$ C$ V• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;+ G3 V# O* g7 Y3 i1 e
• Ability to lead and develop;
* R/ J0 N' x8 ]) E1 X S: t' h& d• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
# }- j. a' |8 w% @• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;% B7 f- g8 i( V+ V

• High level of creativity and innovation;
