2 }! J; |: G. `0 U8 z4 Y•        To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.6 |. Y) \% B( A. f- o# h. P. s
•        Oversee hotel security requirements. . t' S) ~8 w' w/ H% P" h8 }( i0 x
•        To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
) b- L/ I* ]9 H1 ^9 N2 h•        To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. , Y% z, _" r+ m# q* _# f4 Z& @! g) {
•        To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.: x3 Z1 w9 v; C! }
•        To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.+ C( G0 t5 i. ]6 k. \) b$ u( z0 f
•        To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.; ]6 x  v+ h) ]. K1 P  G, d
•        Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.- |7 C# x) {6 X9 {+ b
•        Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff.
6 d( C' u) t6 g* N2 [•        Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term.
/ f' H( a; }! K$ Q! V•        Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed. . V5 X, Z, W' N3 M9 n* k* M# ]
•        Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
6 R, K" a6 l  i+ h& U* z4 A•        Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.
7 O( u' l0 [2 y5 A% ]•        Attend Cluster meetings.
2 |+ z4 B! }0 k4 \' Q+ y•        Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.
5 O! W5 o+ o4 ?•        Handle PMS computer problems in each department
) q' x. E6 \2 g6 w+ }9 L•        Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
( b, K# t4 m0 Q3 t  k* b: u•        Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center( s* }# q" Y, x3 T" `; U) o3 v" M$ S
•        Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float

; y! V! E7 a, d: F. S  T, p•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
) g+ j: f, x" L( G• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;9 K1 \" W' l% f
• Ability to lead and develop;
, q- z# Z  i! j2 M' a, f" Y• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
4 {3 n9 Q: ]) W& G% K, K3 z• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;0 t- u& K$ W* c/ q, g
• Ability to work within deadlines;' [$ L" `5 m: Y, x( J
• High level of creativity and innovation;6 n- n% T" C+ m
• Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments;
