6 w0 h* m/ I# J3 Z+ `+ FWork under the direction of the Geomechanics and Gridding Team Lead to implement new and maintain existing geomechanics functionality.
( Z3 y- @# w5 l6 P' YWork with User Experience, Quality Assurance, and other resources in integrated development teams to ensure new geomechanics functionality is available to users appropriately.
Follow established team software development procedures for design, coding, testing and other activities.
Stay current on new technologies as they relate to Geomechanics development.
; M( v) l' R2 g7 G1 `0 T) a) z. Y
Qualifications:

* g, \. c# {! P, {# N Familiarity with deformation and failure of porous media.
Experience in the petroleum industry
6 g; m' g1 O) k! Y9 Q; s. y3 BExperience programming in C# or C++.
* I5 }! Y7 o7 W$ z  ]; t& uExperience with Agile development methodologies.
Good organizational skills
- I0 S8 }( x: W# e+ fSelf-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
) L. T, E! Q8 U2 n( L: C* [
Education:

" }5 i  m/ W$ O0 I' x A doctorate degree in Petroleum Engineering, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Biophysics, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or other applicable degree
Experience:

+ M( H0 L' K( o  X0 @ At least 3 year of related experience (salary commensurate with experience)
All levels of experience will be considered

刚跟朋友联系了一下，这个公司的研发人员，多数是博士，硕士。工作稳定，工资每年涨幅至少7%，奖金10%，给7%的rrsp，期权2500股，或更多，看个人表现。时间很弹性，属于研发机构。

4 h2 u% N4 k* n) y# `这个公司是以石油为背景的油藏数模软件公司，业内人士一看变知，其他我不多说了，有兴趣的联系我。
