请问：skyshuttle对误机不负责

今天早上坐 skyshuttle 去机场，在23Avenue出事故撞车了。我临时叫朋友赶过来再送我，结果还是误机了。我需要rebook或者不得已cancel我的trip。我觉得skyshuttle应该对我的损失负责，我一直在联系，但是agent说对误机不负责。我说你出事故没开到，就给我转supervisor，结果只有answer machine。到现在也没人联系我。期间agent态度很强硬，there's nothing she can do。
请问有朋友遇到过类似情况吗？skyshuttle不至于这么无赖吧。

如果你要坐的SKYSHUTTLE没撞，你没什么好说的。
我要是你朋友我这天都不会上110的高速，太危险。

看卤煮的帖子，应该是他坐的车出了事故。如果不是，那没辙了。如果是，司机可能有责任的。

司机要不是肇事方，在送客人的途中被追尾，那是谁的责任。

没有和别的车相撞，我乘坐的skyshuttle打滑knock out一个交通标志牌后直接撞到水泥防护栏。
我重订机票多接近800。但skyshuttle得态度是置之不理。但现在我和management说不上话，不能确认他们会负责我的损失。
现在头有点疼。

bus晚点了是不是要负责你的误工费啊？我只是推测。消消气吧，不值得

Keep your skyshuttle receipt, I hope you wrote down the skyshuttle plates and took some photos, too.

Call up a traffic injury lawyer, and tell them you're experiencing confusion, dizziness, amnesia, ringing in the ears, and headache after the skyshuttle accident.

那楼主肯定被带到医院，一顿拍片子。到时候就算钱拿回来了，也被X光照掉半条命了。。。

貌似在订票的时候合同里说这个事故如果不是skyshuttle公司的责任，则他们对你误机不负责任

skyshuttle司机的责任跑不了的，但我赶飞机，没时间留有足够的证据。
回国去接老婆孩子的，必须走。已经重新订票了。skyshuttle那尽力而为吧。
提醒大家开车千万注意安全，雪磨成冰了。

• Please be ready at your pick-up point 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. The skyshuttle coach may arrive 15 minutes before or after the scheduled time.
• Skyshuttle reservations are non-refundable.
• Tickets will not be re-issued for missed trips.
• Each passenger is allowed two (2) pieces of luggage and one carry-on item. Charges apply for extra luggage.
• Oversized luggage may not be accepted.
• Pets are allowed as long as they are in a proper carrying case.
• Children under the age of 3 ride free (provided they don’t occupy a coach seat unless vacant seats are available).

这是人家的免责声明。从理论上说机票钱你拿不到，你最多能拿到因为事故所造成的直接损失赔偿

想要避免误机这些东西造成的损失，最直接的办法应该是使用带有travel insurance的信用卡订票
