Compensation:  Journeyman 1 Automotive Mechanic (or 4th year Apprentices)
" N! K2 s( ]8 N* y& {4 eYour Choice of Hourly or Flat Rate (Salary under review, Rates based on experience.)
Hours of Work:  This position works 44 hours per week.
Days of work are Monday through Friday, Saturday rotation.
Group benefits package starts after 3 months.

/ x8 D) w" R: V' |) ]! fFull-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

: x/ o) b( \- y- R7 R1 ?: UDiagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles
Requisition parts and materials, as required.
$ Y! L& i3 Q% G4 Y; q" Q1 mCreate and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.
Provide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).
Access technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.
* e% m4 _* M) W. D& POther assigned duties.

Applicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
Applicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
Preference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.
