Compensation:  Journeyman 1 Automotive Mechanic (or 4th year Apprentices)
1 ?; @& ]( {. T5 LYour Choice of Hourly or Flat Rate (Salary under review, Rates based on experience.)
2 n: a  A2 u0 _Hours of Work:  This position works 44 hours per week.
Days of work are Monday through Friday, Saturday rotation.
+ {4 X+ l8 k6 QGroup benefits package starts after 3 months.

# I% I5 R1 @" {$ GFull-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance.  

Responsibilities include:

" l, w2 c; S9 a2 ^) A, MDiagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles
Requisition parts and materials, as required.
Create and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.
3 J8 T# R! F( C, R8 Z3 ~8 f1 EProvide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).
2 }7 v0 }$ v" P3 }- U3 V2 j7 hAccess technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.

9 ~" H  q7 L2 \$ I# S% [0 p2 dApplicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
Applicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
. j' Z, m2 A* |3 c: B9 q! }Preference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.

Only education obtained from an accredited institution will be recognized as meeting the minimum qualifications.
An enhanced security clearance will be conducted.
