This resource will be responsible for the following:

( m+ M/ S6 `& K. F' U8 IIdentifies the technologies that would be used for the project.
Recommends the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.
Produce 4+1 architectural view design documents
. l' d; s* O4 F, m& zProvides the overall design and structure to the application.
, m! H$ O0 E" Q: N, A: Q: q( eEstablishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
: E) I( L# M/ A  r6 {; |Mentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.
! Y$ w  _% [! H4 X( TEnforces compliance with coding guidelines using code reviews etc.
0 j4 |6 }1 m, g* j) C  S# @7 nAssists management in assessing technical competence of developers.
Provides technical advice and guidance to the project manager.
; `3 M6 N& B. l+ W7 o: [) J+ R7 DGuiding the team is doing proof of concepts and early risk assessments.

Must have strong Object Oriented Application Development (OOAD) skills

Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development experience
Minimum 8 years development experience with SQL Server
Minimum 8 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
