A male wearing a balaclava and carrying a handgun was spotted by a pedestrian walking in the area of Falconer Road and Riverbend Road at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. . C/ k0 h( y6 [! _" ~9 `3 n3 J# f( E8 d! w& O' x
Police arrested the man later in the afternoon at the Terwillegar Recreation Centre, after receiving a tip from a resident.4 K& j& ]; h6 K1 k9 n
