Programmer Analyst
* C/ o% m( j" P- P•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
& M6 K' W& w  U4 Y. w; }  t- Z. F•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
: _) ^6 C  }# R2 T•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

1 s/ k& U" F, A* g4 z' G8 B! g. W•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
* ^' |9 K0 X, P. R: @+ F7 z•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

MANDATORY

3 q$ i  r! z: d3 V; [, I3 ?All of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

. \5 R* [! k$ h•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
* L( c* j: p4 ~2 e•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
8 Y9 G* g4 \( p/ _5 R•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
8 H9 V8 M! B+ T6 W•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)
