求助 關於薪水

# p3 l% a5 ?6 d4 y我即將於今年四月畢業
. |7 ?. E/ L/ M0 `+ t畢業前在一家公司裡頭coop
; p" G5 e; W  p; l' ]最近公司給我offer
  |) Q& V7 S' H; O8 x2 j9 U提供一個permanent position但是薪水跟我實習的時候一模一樣
然後告訴我明年1月會有salary adjustment
* I' W' j0 Z$ ]: v) f2 p) y想來想去還是覺得不對
: [; N, g3 ~5 t! x已經不是實習了  但還是領實習Level的薪水
9 z2 {2 |( @; ]) k  T9 B該怎麼跟他們negotiate薪水?

Are the duties the same as coop?
If I were you, I will take the job first. Negotiation when you are capable on the position.
