Job Description:
- G& B' v( h3 B. X" R( M•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
- b1 s- _: @! \) g, W2 p; G•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
* q  s. o) L) F4 {4 \& W•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
$ n# E2 _) H6 l•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
& S  q- @" h, J9 j9 X6 w7 j•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
2 ~* I/ ?. Z8 z# u2 G$ \& rCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
- g# z/ v# H0 X0 N" U' Z; @Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
