Job Description:
0 O" _% V) W/ L0 i  q•        Complete and post staff schedules
5 k. G& Q0 N" i& W+ W& t•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
1 e% h) Y2 O, D# q/ R1 n•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
# f! \0 |$ V! ~' E/ S4 ~•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

( r# n2 z% V' |+ @6 N0 a3 tEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
) z* R+ Y. {0 D7 h- K2 DExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
: h8 z$ N3 k7 D8 R& t9 @Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
