Job Description:
- G& B' v( h3 B. X" R( M• Complete and post staff schedules * |" O( [) s7 ? y0 `
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines2 t: a% G* R; R; J" Z
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
- b1 s- _: @! \) g, W2 p; G• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff9 S0 ?# {6 c! s k
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
* q s. o) L) F4 {4 \& W• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed' C! h/ A, v5 x/ e: b1 ?
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees- w# y$ E5 D7 p% l& O
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales3 X8 J, U; h/ u4 ]9 H6 q
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
$ n# E2 _) H6 l• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
