/ ~) i( R3 J- |• Complete and post staff schedules
\0 V) Y. {4 D• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines# o( Q2 N5 R( d% M: s
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
( l+ O- \( v9 P2 s• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
% {! V6 t5 A% M3 D• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
. U& P7 U o- R8 r' k# G7 o• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
' W. H1 o' w4 r' l$ M% w• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management 0 C( U6 R2 [$ C q7 _2 X3 f
• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway% V: g/ M8 j- Z% d" }

Skills/Requirements:

- X5 f; u# t, \; g; P6 IExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
: F/ N8 T4 K5 S5 f1 A/ Y' l K6 p, JCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
; \4 G- E* g$ Z0 o/ Y/ bPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
