• Complete and post staff schedules
$ I( ]- M% y) o3 M• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
% e9 C6 C" j; w• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
' x$ t& ^* V g* n9 {* X• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
2 c% ^6 B! R, g: O" Y• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
5 E" q/ K- \% w9 o0 ]: [• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed+ l5 P/ h2 Q" Y L
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees. G1 G8 f: h8 }
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales5 n- b X% g- [1 w0 `
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
8 U, w/ S5 |5 z N7 e. f$ v+ f• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway" c2 X! ~- U; K8 W/ z
• Ensure bank deposits are done daily( @0 l- v( \( J) D: D

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset+ b, M- d0 Y H8 C/ r1 O$ ~
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
2 p e- ]$ V: x* `( k% IPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
