• Complete and post staff schedules 8 x% Z% T& X& F
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
6 o. C; i+ v) W1 Y( l9 _• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
; c# s- ~: `* V+ v• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
' l0 d7 w, H& L8 I# d• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date$ ?4 H& x |9 x
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
/ o/ L$ d# d3 ^0 I• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees1 h" }; d: d$ @- k
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales$ b' N0 F* q" k( q9 k9 M- d
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management * m& \+ V l5 Y0 w. g) k; y) v
• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

• Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
, N4 F+ r) T$ x3 lExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset) F4 a o1 I7 _+ ^, T
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
