Job Description:
) q8 c) g+ o! O' [•        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
: a2 |$ }' @& z$ w•        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
( Y4 ?5 B: N4 V9 n. Z1 |•        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
•        Sell merchandise to customers
4 ]( C  d, x8 q; I. ^* O# k•        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
•        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
+ A+ O% R4 v, x0 w, V* c# {•        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
•        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
( K2 y/ W' w8 O* j  r•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        1 year  work experience as retail salesperson
