Job Description:
2 k% F' T. ^% U! d( x. X. g• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
& C9 q" w- C9 A9 n- _• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
6 T6 p6 s) F# F+ |4 N. N• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
% U% z5 e+ w& G4 u4 F4 P3 r• Sell merchandise to customers 7 t- R( G: L; l( f: @# B
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages % }" Z( l6 i! @
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise ( H+ h; `+ S* B- r
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters 4 G( M6 D. I0 Y; `; L; B1 g) L
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff" k& q. ?4 [, z# r5 ^
