EARLY LEARNING FAMILY PROGRAM

The program will be offered at St. Teresa Catholic School every Tuesday for seven

Snack: 3:15pm to 3:45pm4 D( ]8 H7 a/ Z
Rhymes that Bind: 3:45pm to 4:45pm% c) o1 n; i) J7 \+ G, H# G* L5 |
This “drop-in” program introduces parents to various strategies that can support& _+ \2 W* X% b Q3 R$ P, r
their child’s early literacy and language experiences. It is recommended for
$ X% ?, f- h! l! v1 jchildren that have been identified with language needs. RHYMES THAT BIND is an
6 @. ~6 t" x0 G4 K4 b- @oral family literacy program for parents and their children ages 0 – 6. It9 i- L3 T. K3 y" ^* s9 b7 E
encourages parents to sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children in a relaxed, ^$ l* A& N( p _, a/ D
fun, and supportive environment.+ j& j# X& U% s# I8 t& t, T
Each family will receive a booklet of songs and rhymes at the last session. No6 c/ n% s+ F% O+ |2 A; P
registration is required; a snack will be provided.
