Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

7 k/ Q7 Y: U0 n9 F1 ^Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
/ I( S0 N9 D1 j+ D" T•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
+ a0 g2 E4 g( D; Z5 P& b•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Job Requirements:
- u- @2 ^6 o5 b( q5 i3 _•        Completion of secondary education is required
$ S7 F  c; T5 x7 L1 C+ T1 @•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
5 L$ U1 n) m' O, D$ i•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
7 o9 |) f9 U1 y; k9 p# P6 w•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
