Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

Main duties:
; {# \* F5 a; O•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
7 x; p# f" R- z+ z& N2 h•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
2 Y/ R! K6 M/ e- b# o+ `5 P•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
4 Z$ |- q5 \1 u' s8 W: a0 J% H! A% C0 @- z•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
; E$ E* n, M7 E% Q. |* ^4 t: l9 E•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
