Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

Main duties:
& U9 V! ]+ s" I) b•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
& b- _2 o( \2 V$ H7 K! k$ h•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
( ]- u/ y0 G0 s% T, L8 ~4 ?' S* Z•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
/ o% R; o) g* t. L1 f•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
4 o. Z# f# l) Q0 f•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
( D- I) Q* @! m  {4 n% ?# x•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
