Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
& C. I, o3 m! r•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
& v0 B1 ]9 q. J1 c  t1 f6 ]' n•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
+ D9 x/ C3 h1 [3 M9 b$ T•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
1 h: }( d- N/ z' u2 d4 M•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
! d: B. i. x  q1 {+ o•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
9 o4 e$ r8 G3 c3 g& n6 `' g•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
; @  \7 g9 @8 ^% S' E" a•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

& y' g( C" C* `. x9 \) i5 y' `•        Completion of secondary education is required
$ O, ?! r3 I4 o0 J•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
/ F1 n8 R$ |5 e% L6 |•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
