Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

+ Y$ N& c* f1 \7 m6 a# J* R•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
6 }9 c& T& O) y3 |0 B•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
. b0 t5 T' Y6 W7 g" s•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
7 X( O. B: s0 K2 u•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  E* m5 N3 i" [) e3 z9 \•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
8 c  H. l6 s9 ^; O•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
1 M4 [7 `/ `/ _( N) v5 o•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
