Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

Main duties:
- l: g; |( x0 o, X•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
/ s6 ]" z* @  H' B7 b# I•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
+ Q! D) v2 f' t/ C•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
. X+ f# g, i9 j4 Z8 \% P" i; r& T•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
' J% `- J% d" V. u! J0 @6 n•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
% D0 k) W% Z! [& v/ s- l- ]•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
: d3 n  T6 P" i  Z9 K•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
& O% w' ]$ y5 G  v8 v$ _4 G: O9 i•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
0 S! S7 b. p3 [# x5 D•        Completion of secondary education is required
/ ]6 s/ I: S" I2 K•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
- k, l. q  f4 d2 {* g: v' w8 H9 a•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
