工签，能在这里贷款买房吗？

本人是工签，要两年才能申请移民，请问现在能在这里贷款买房吗？

听说新政出来，UA博后是要两年后才能申请移民的，那我们只能等申请了才能买呀？在这里，怎么不是移民，做什么事都困难，连买个手机也是要移民号，很郁闷

没有问题，但是需要30%以上的首付。

没有稳定的工作的话以后换工作换城市卖房子也是个很大的问题。

it is OK to apply mortgage if you have work permit Visa, as long as you work in an established company, down payment can go as low as 10%. if you have 20% down payment, you don't need to pay CMHC insurance.
