　　《Someone Like You》是全美公告牌历史上第一首只有钢琴作为伴奏乐器的冠军单曲，同时也是近三年来第一首夺得全美冠军的抒情歌。在美国，《Someone Like You》一共拿下五周冠军，使Adele成为历史第四位同一年两首单曲都至少拿下五周冠军的女歌手。
